Online Return Policy
Online orders can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of customer receipt. We will issue a full refund or exchange for unworn, unwashed, unaltered, non-sale merchandise. Refunded items must include all original tags. All custom orders/products are non-refundable.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the time you receive your order. Return shipping charges are the customers' responsibility. All returns must be sent with Delivery Confirmation. We need proof it was mailed, and you need proof it arrived.

All returns must include: customer name, phone number, and receipt. It is at the discretion of Aspen Bleu to deny a return if the merchandise is in a condition showing damage or use.

In-store purchases can be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of customer receipt. Aspen Bleu will not refund items returned. Returned items must include all original tags.

Free shipping on orders more than $100.
All orders ship via United States Postal Service. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You will receive your order anywhere from 3-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed.
